Mourning Dove

I saw this dove on a fence while out photographing osprey the other day and it ended up being one of my better images. It was not afraid of me at all and I was able to get within 10 feet to get these images with a Canon 400 mm f/5.6 and a Canon 2x teleconverter.
The mourning dove is a member of the dove family. The bird is also called the turtle dove or the American mourning dove or rain dove, and formerly was known as the Carolina pigeon or Carolina turtledove.Wikipedia
