I took these images at a macro workshop I attended last week. I will be sharing a DIY flash bracket system, in the weeks to come, that I used to make these images. For the post-processing of these images, I used the Nik plugins and I am currently making a class on how to use them since google has released them for free. Which version of this image do you prefer (#1,2,3,4). Check out how they were made, using the Google Nik Collection, in the video below.

This is a digital product with over 400 high-resolution smoke images in JPG format. They can be used in any image editing program that uses blend modes on layers, such as Photoshop.
Easy to Follow Instructions:
You will need to know the basics of Adobe Photoshop and know how to use layers. If you don’t have these skills please check out my Photoshop course.
You can show or hide layers, Rotate or flip, resize, or change the transparency. Use the eraser on your overlay layer (or mask and brush) to clean something. You can mix & match additional overlays to achieve a unique result.
JPEG format:
1. Place the smoke layer over your photo and set the layer blend mode to SCREEN (after that black background will be invisible).
2. Use the eraser on your overlay layer (or mask and brush) to clean some parts etc.
3. You can mix & match additional overlays to achieve a unique result.
4. Save your photo and finish the work。

This digital download includes a zip file with 26 Black & White Lightroom Presets that can be used in the Develop Module of Lightroom Classic or Lightroom CC.
These Lightroom presets have been specially created to work with street photos, travel photos, and night photos. They tend to have a lot of punch and will take your images to the next level. Remember you always have the amount slider to increase or reduce their effect.

Today Topaz released DeNoise 6, an updated version of their noise reduction software, complete with new features. As always, our update is free to anyone who already owns DeNoise, and for those who don’t own it, DeNoise 6 will be on sale ($30 off!) from February 24th – March 20th. Please use the coupon code "NOISEFREE" to take advantage of the discounted price of $49.99 (regularly $79.99).
Topaz DeNoise is designed to let you shoot anywhere in any light and still get crisp, clear and noise-free images. Specializing in extremely noisy high ISO images, DeNoise removes distracting image noise while preserving image detail, giving you the image you wanted without the noise you don’t. Major features introduced in Topaz DeNoise 6 include:
• Standalone Application - DeNoise 6 now works as a standalone product and doesn’t require a host editor to work. Although it can still be used as a plugin through Photoshop, Lightroom, and other supported host programs.
• Camera Specific Presets - DeNoise 6 introduces dozens of presets based on various camera profiles, with multiple ISO presets for each camera.
• Batch Processing (in standalone mode only) - DeNoise 6 introduces batch processing, allowing you to process a whole folder of images at once. That means no more need for Photoshop actions! Note that batch processing is only available in the standalone version, not the plugin version.
• Support for High DPI (4k) monitors in Windows 7/8/10
